The house is 3. 5 km away from UniSA Mawson Lakes Campus; 5~8 minutes walking distance to several bus stops with multiple bus routes, by bus 10 minutes to Mawson Lakes Campus, 25 minutes to City East Campus.
The tidy and neat 20m2 room for rent is situated at the back of the house with good privacy and fully furnished. It is equipped with new split air conditioning system, soft queen size bed, built-in wardrobe, large corner table, rectangle table and two comfortable chairs. The house has one toilet and one bathroom. Considering it only accommodates up to three adults, it would not be an issue.
Rent includes water, gas, unlimited internet and limited electrical bill (depends on the usage of the air-conditioning).
Pre-rent inspections are welcomed.
