Join Our Team at iTop - Mobile Phone and Accessories Store at West Lakes Westfield

iTop, a South Australian family-owned and operated business with over 15+ years of expertise in mobile phone and accessories stores and mobile phone repairs, is currently expanding its team. We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our busy store at West Lakes Westfield.
Position Details:
                Role:Casual retail sales assistant
                Start date:Immediate
                Wage:Casual Rate (incl. casual loading - junior rates may apply)
                Location:Westfield West Lakes - 111 West lakes Blvd, West Lakes SA 5021 (opposite Boost Juice)
Key Responsibilities:
                Deliver an exceptional shopping experience to customers by providing expert guidance and personalized solutions to meet their unique needs.
                Provide basic smartphone repair services and assist customers in identifying issues and addressing their device needs
                Work closely with the store manager to guarantee the seamless day-to-day operation of the store.
                Process orders accurately with a focus on customer service, demonstrating strong point-of-sale (POS) skills for timely deliveries.
                Ensure an appealing and well-organized store layout through effective visual merchandising, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
Requirements:

                Flexible roster:Ability to work a flexible work roster including weekend work and late night trading
                Retail or Sales Experiencerevious retail or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory – we welcome candidates with enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
