Job Description：

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant operation, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.

• 2. Hire and train new staff, as well as schedule shifts and manage employee performance.
• 3. Create and manage budgets, monitor costs, and analyze financial reports to ensure profitability.
• 4. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• 5. Order food and supplies, manage inventory, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• 6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
• 7. Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• 8. Manage the restaurant's social media presence and respond to customer feedback online.
• 9. Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff and provide feedback for improvement.
• 10. Work with the chef to develop new menu items and specials.
