This car is extremely well-maintained with no expenses spared. It was mostly driven on highways hence the high mileage. (Ex company car) But since all problems that are associated with high mileage cars have been fixed and N52 being one of the most reliable engines BMW ever produced, you can expect little to no issues in the future.

List of items replaced ( Invoice kept. Only Genuine or OEM parts used, only the dealer and BMW specialist shop used)
- Complete timing chain system
- ECU replaced
- All brake pads and rotors near new (Brembo & Zimmerman)
- Alternator
- numerous coolant hoses
- Oil filter housing gasket, Valve cover gasket, VVT motor seal
- Engine mounts
- Belt, and tensioner
- Oil level sensor

Factory upgrades/options:
HUD, Auto hold, Sunroof, Blind spot monitor, memory electric seats, etc.

Other upgrades (Happy to negotiate if you don’t wish to have some of these)
-Bang&Olufsen centre speaker
-Newer style large screen with wireless Apple CarPlay Bluetooth music
-20 inch wheels and good tyres
- Genuine roof rack
- Throttle controller

Imperfections (all minor and doesn’t effect normal use, photos available on request)
- front bumper scratched
- Small crack on rear Taillight
- Oil pan gasket leaking slightly

This car was taken care of by a group of BMW enthusiast before I used it as my private car, oil changed every 5000km. All expensive items that were deemed to fail at this mileage were properly replaced so you won’t have any major repair bills to pay. More than $10k spent on preventative maintenance, repairs and upgrades. Selling due to not having enough space to park all cars, my loss is your gain.
