THE ROLE The Adelaide office is an expanding team requiringadministrative assistance across complex matters such as commercial andregulatory disputes, contractual issues, conveyancing, and migration. You willhave the opportunity to work with all senior members of the firm as well asworking closely with our managing partner. You will be interacting with clientsand representing the firm in commercial correspondence. This role will be akeystone to the professional growth of a successful administrator and arecognised position within our community.
REQUIREMENTS We welcome applications from driven professionals whohave: - At least 2+ years’ experience in a similar role - An understanding of trust accounts management - Knowledge of legal organisational work - Exceptional communicational skills - A commitment and dedication to providing a high levelof personalised service to our local and international client base. - Demonstrated experience in scheduling and guidingaccount payments - Proficiency in general software interfaces (Microsoft365, Search Engines and other programs) - Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
