Admin & Marketing Assistant


Our client is a leading IT & EventManagement company in Australia, specialised in providing ticketing solutionand improving event outcome to their clients. The company has strongconnections with the government, public organisations and social communities, servicing their clients from high profile multinational companies to smallbusinesses, non-profit organisations and individual artistes. They are now hiring an Administrative & Marketing Assistant who has excellent English skills whilst Chinese is anadvantage.  Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the execution of Activity Plans for each project in a timely manner, including a broad range of event, marketing and communication activities
  
  

• Provide a range of admin and digital marketing services
• Prepare marketing material (proposal, design & format) using Adobe, Microsoft Office, Photoshop or similar software
• Review market data to provide leads/segmentation of market, including post event lead generation
• Provide various administrative support as required
  
  

Skills and Experiences:

• Relevant administrative and/or marketing experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proven experience in assisting with corporate events
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced editing skills
