标题: 南区近city两间明亮温馨新单人房
空房重新招租啦。一间明亮温馨的单人房招女孩，现在可入住。房间有墙柜，床，桌椅等。两个女孩share一个浴室和一个卫生间。住满一共三个人，适合性格好，喜欢安静，生活规律，爱干净的女孩子。交通便利，四通八达，去city，marion和teatree方向都有直达。一分钟走到190路15C，三分钟走到241十五站，五分钟可到marion rd M44十七站，或者也可以五钟到达火车站（以前的房客在city上班，喜欢乘火车，说可以一站直达），如果你有车临街可停车，开车只要10分钟就到glenelg海滩。marion rd上还有超市，饭馆（金陵，小辣椒），鱼薯或take away，药店等。我也很喜欢闲时散步走路约十五分钟去castle plaza shopping centre溜达。整个house干净整洁，所以要求房客也是干净整洁的人，一起维护室内洁净，这点是硬指标哈。因为抽油烟机很不给力，希望房客是少油人士。房租是190/pw加share bills，都节俭的话，大家都可以省钱。或者你如果不使用烤箱和电暖器等可以考虑变成包bills方式（再协商）。联系方式是0433424776张女士，工作关系，还请发短信给我，看到后第一时间回复。谢谢对本贴的关注，希望和有缘人相识。
