-       Inspecting work and materials for compliance with specifications, regulations and standards; coordinating works programs;

-       Prepares and delivers estimates and cost plans for construction projects up to the tender settlement stage; progress claim;

-       Familiar in plasterboard, Framing, Fixing and Flushing;

-       Bachelor of Construction Management & Economics;

-       Long term full time employment;

-       OHS knowledge;

-       Interpreting plans, regulations and codes of practice;

-       Preparing, editing and revising plan and drawings;

-       Able to speak English, Mandarin;
