Fully furnished apartment in the CBD area,near to Uni Adelaide, Uni SA and Chinatown including you own kitchen, TV,air-condition and bathroom. The apartment is in a sixth floor with wide andbeautiful views to the sea and mountains (windows in both side of the wall).The common areas include Tutorial room, living room, kitchen, laundry room andgym.

Because of holidays, the apartment will be availableon 5th/December/2011before the lease expires. If you take this opportunity, I will pay 2 weeks rent for you!. So, send me an email to: [email protected] and bookyour time to see the apartment.

The rent is $275 per week including water (1person) or 295 per two people. Electricity and Internet is not included, butinternet is available in the apartment by pre-paid method.
