Position: Office Clerk
Job Requirements – - Preparing Purchase Orders, Invoices, Stock management in QuickBooks.
- Handling eCommerce platforms (eBay, FB Marketplace, Gumtree).
- Receiving customers’ calls.
- Processing orders & booking deliveries online/over the phone.
- Checking new stocks received & then entering in the system.
- Helping in warehouse occasionally with packing orders, receiving stock etc.
Skills Required – - Basic knowledge in QuickBooks or similar accounting platform.
- Good computing skills.
- Keen to learn retail business (knowing our products, understanding our customers profile & routine activities).
- Fluent in English Speaking
Hours & Rate – - Initially 20 hours per week leading to 38/40 hours per week later on
- Permanent position on TFN
- Initially $26 per hour leading to $29/$30 per hour later on
