A very peace and quiet neighbourhood located in BLAIR ATHOL, which is surround by closes shops and restaurant like Enfield McDonald (3 min drive), 4 min drive to Main Northpark Shopping Ctr, 19 min drive to city CBD, 4 min drive to Churchill Shopping ctr (Aldi,coles,Kmart, etc) and Costco, 6 min drive to Gepp Cross Sunday Market and 7 min drive to Regency Park (TAFE).

Public transport to city is only walking distance. (8 min walk to Main North Rd Stop 20 and 5 min walk to Prospect Rd Stop 19).

Our shares house come fully furnished and the double room comes fully furnished as well. A queen bed, dressing table, chair and wardrobe complete the room to make things comfortable for our housemates and it’s only 200/week.

Water, gas, electricity and UNLIMITED internet are included in the rental price. Some basic things like toilet paper, hand wash, dishwashing liquid are provided as well as kitchen’s stuffs and washing machine.
