任职要求：
        •        有肉铺或肉类行业相关经验（必须）
        •        能清晰区分不同部位肉类及用途
        •        有团队管理或主管经验(必须)
        •        英文听说读写能力良好（可与客户及员工沟通）
        •        工作认真负责，执行力强
        •        诚实守信，具备良好职业道德
        •        能适应快节奏零售环境

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Butcher Shop Manager to lead our team. If you have strong industry knowledge, leadership skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
        •        Oversee daily operations of the butcher shop
        •        Lead, train, and manage staff, including rostering
        •        Ensure high standards in meat preparation, quality, and display
        •        Maintain food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
        •        Manage stock control, ordering, and minimise waste
        •        Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales

Requirements:
        •        Previous experience in a butcher shop or meat industry (essential)
        •        Strong knowledge of different meat cuts
        •        Proven leadership or management experience (essential)
        •        Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
        •        Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
        •        Honest with strong work ethics
        •        Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
