Accountant or similar position working experience over 2Years
Data entry of accounts payable invoices and reconciling statements with invoices
Processing, pay and record accounts payable transactions correctly
Prepare and generate the customer invoices and credit notes
Managing the payroll function from beginning to end including, payment and reconciliation of salaries, superannuation, PAYG,payroll taxes, Work Cover and all other payroll related expenses
Perform all necessary accounts, banks and other reconciliations
Control financial situation for both customers anddebtors
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
Be proficient in MS Office particularly Excel
Have excellent inter-personal skills
Have a pleasant and professional phone manner
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities, andfiling skills
Be happy to work within a team
