大家好, 本人是这个House的房东, 今日起一大卧室出租, 家具全，Local室友（澳洲修车技师，本地Flinders护理学生），很好的英语的环境，每个房间都是单人，室友爱干净，容易相处。
House位于Flinders和city中间。

每个卧室均有床, 书桌、椅，衣橱。

租金:

135/w 包含单人正常 bills（水、电、煤气，网络），押金4周；



步行5分钟至

M44 Marion Rd 17站；190路 17站; 248/248F 20站；

开车10分钟至city，10分钟至Flinder大学；

房东本人不住在这个地址。

网络是Adelaide最好的Internode网络公司，ADSL2+ 是本地的澳洲网络公司超级快。


房间很大，每个房间都有自己的门锁和钥匙；
房东会安排值日表，所有人轮流打扫屋内公共区域，收信、推垃圾箱的日常工作。

We are looking for good housemate, available now, international students preferred :)
Rooms are fully-furnished and each room has its own lock; wireless internet ADSL2+.
Common area housework, clean and duty is shared with schedule made by landlord.

Bus M44 Marion Road Stop 17;
Bus 190 Stop 17;
Bus 248/248F Stop 20.

Single Rent is $135/w incl. normal usage bills;

Bond is 4 weeks, 4 weeks leaving notice is required.

5 Minutes walking to Stop 17 of M44 on Marion Road (about 20 minutes to City centre by bus);
At the M44 stop 17 bus stop, there are also Foodland supermarket, National Pharmacies, ATM and Fast Food shop.

4 Minutes walking to Stop 17 of 190 (Glenelg Beach) on Bray Street.

5 Minutes walking to Stop 20 of 248 (Marion Shopping Centre) on Hendrie Street;

He or she must have regular timetable, be quiet and polite, as all other housemates are very nice tidy as well regular timetable.
International students welcome, if not international students, previous rental reference required. Photo ID copy required for every tenant.
