one large bedroom available for rent starting from 4/5/14 . ( Lease is signed for 1 year)
- spacious room (single occupant only , female preferably)
- currently have 3 female uni adelaide students staying in the house
- rental period: available 4/5/14 - 4/5/15
- shared bills ( gas/electricity/internet)
Cost - 105 per week, rent paid weekly cycle on every Monday
- $630 bond requirement, to be reimbursed in full (unless deductions from landlord at final inspection)
- Gas: $100/quarter (estimate based on past bills, is split equally among tenants)
- Electricity : $300/quarter (estimate based on past bills, is split equally among tenants)
- Internet: $60/month (split equally among tenants)
