We are looking for a new long term housemate.

We would like someone who wants to stay at least 12 months. We have a great balance of people at the moment and would like the new house mate to fit in well too.

We live in a big house, there are 5 of us and 2 bathrooms, 2 showers. It's not crowded, we don't get under each others feet - in fact, we don't really see that much of each other because we are usually out working or at uni.

We are looking for a new housemate who does not smoke inside, has no pets, only drinks occasionally and is responsible.

We also take turns cleaning and ask that everyone respects the common areas and keeps them tidy.

The house is a quiet place, so no parties, although on occasion a few of us will have dinner together.

Internet is provided, and gas and water is included. We split the electricity and excess water. The weekly rent is $140.
