About us:
Hays Migration is a boutique education and migration consultancy with its head office located in the Adelaide CBD and branch offices in Hobart, Melbourne and China. We are currently seeking full-time Education Counsellor and Registered Migration Agent.

Education Counsellor
        Conduct consultation with international students to study in Australia;
        Assist clients with school/university applications, offer letters, confirmation of enrolment (CoE), and enrolment procedures;
        Assist clients in preparing documents for Australian Student Visa applications;
        General administrative duties include handling queries via phone, email, and general correspondences, filing and archiving files, etc;
        Corresponding with potential students and institutions with regards to applications;
        Manage student applications, selection, and admission.

Migration Agent
        Consult and market with potential clients for various service needs;
        Research relevant Migration Regulations, maintain sufficient technical knowledge to advise and respond on technical matters;
        Manage the progress of client files, and meet deadlines;
        Keep up to date with policy, regulation, and industry changes, and provide internal training;
        Provide accurate information to prospective clients and Assist clients to achieve their desired visa outcomes;

Requirements:
        Minimum of 1 Year of experience in a relevant position – desirable;
        Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese – desirable;
        Work under pressure and meet monthly targets;
        Be able to prioritize tasks and multi-task efficiently and effectively;
        Be able to work to high standards in a fast-paced environment;
        Have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
        Present professionally and provide excellent customer service;
        Students currently studying migration law and practice are encouraged to apply.
Marketing Intern (Prefer students who work in Adelaide)
Marketing Intern

Requirements:
* Must be currently studying in Adelaide, preferred majors: Business, Marketing, Media, Communications or anyone who is not majoring in business but interested in marketing.
* Students who have no any marketing experience but would like to gain some practical experience are encouraged to apply

* Must be able to read and write in English

* Having a good command of English writing is desirable

* Have basic knowledge / practical experience of using social media, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube

* Have exposure to Photoshop OR any other graphic design programs/apps e.g. Canva

* Be coachable and have a strong passion for learning by assisting in different marketing campaigns

* Able to work for 10-15 hours per week in 2-3 days/ week

* Employer's reference letter and a paid position will be considered to be provided if performance is satisfied after a 3-month internship

Primary duties and learnings:
* Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)

* Content Creation (Graphics, Copywriting, Video Making/Editing) for social media posts and websites, based on different target audience groups, with various tools/software

* Blog writing and SEO article writing for the website

* Update information on the company website

* Learn about how to develop new client bases by various marketing activities

* Learn about basic knowledge of Migration/Visa policies of different states in Australia

* Get an understanding of how the migration agent industry works
