Mark Lee Fish Farm is a family business started in 1997 and has since been an industry leading barramundi farm located in the northern suburb of Adelaide. The family business has recently expanded into live seafood wholesale business and is servicing South-eastern capitals. This is a rare opportunity for a proactive individual to join a stable and growing family seafood business.
Role · Meeting and greeting clients and visitors · Data Entry · Invoicing and receipts · Account Receivable / Payable and keep cash-flow heathy and control credits · Phone answering / general email correspondences · Maintaining company website · General administration and office duties,including stationary orders, staff amenities, organising courier services · General customer relations · Maintaining office and staff room to make surethey are clean and presentable at all times · Minimal cash handling · Minimal seafood handling
To succeed in this role you will have: · The ability to meet strict deadlines · Strong time management skills · Strong communication skills both verbal and written · Superior level of accuracy and attention to detail · Proficient in Microsoft Office
Desirable Skills · General idea on aquaculture and not afraid to deal with seafood · Experience with MYOB · Past Experience in a similar role · Fluent Mandarin Chinese
General working days and hours · Casual with possibility to ongoing part-time · Monday: 7am to 12pm · Tuesday – Friday: 9am to 3pm · 25 Hours per week
Some flexibility in work hours will also be required for this role.
Salary
· Base salary + casual loading + super (appox $24/hr)
