RT。。。想upgrade手机。。

是这么显示的。。。请问下loyalty bonus是什么啊？ Monthly commitment呢？
如果照这个表的话。。。我每个月要pay多少啊？？60刀吗？？？60用29的cap？！

急求高人。。。。
