4房house现有两间双人大房出租，房间内有超大衣橱（足以在里面捉迷藏，再多的东西也能装的下）、书桌、书架、椅子、双人床。公用设施包括超大冰箱、微波炉、烤箱、电饭锅、炒锅、汤锅、洗衣机、烧水壶、烤面包机。房子带有前后花园，有果树，80G网络，住着超级舒适哦。

配有中央空调，夏天再热都不怕

购物：附近有几个shopping centre，步行10分钟到达最近的shopping center--24小时营业的supermarket、药店、银行、邮局、面包店、newsagency、理发店、披萨店。步行15分钟到达大型超市woolworths

交通：174，177，126路公交20站，15-20分钟直达阿大，步行3分钟到达公交站，十分方便。

租金：$140刀每人每周，包所有bill和80G网络，双人$180每周，包所有bill

no pets, no smoking inside, 诚招干净不吵闹的房客入住

因为是双人房，所以价钱不能便宜，房屋里面家电家具很齐全，离商店超市都很近，很方便的说

Both of the rooms are bouble bed room. It suits for couple. 10 minutes walk to shopping centre, 3 min walk to bus stop. If u r interested, pls contact me 0432047924 or 82768908.
