Hi, we are in Newton 5074. Heggaton tce. master room: $180 for a couple.
It's a very friendly and comfortable place to live.
The rent includes electricity, internet, phone line rental and water usage.
The room is a triple room in a large house that has 7 large main rooms. This is the largest bedroom.
Room has a queen bed, large dresser with 6 drawers and large mirror, walk-in robes and a wardrobe, a Harrier workstation, a writing desk, an en-suite bathroom (shower & toilet), waste basket, laundry basket, linen and other bedding, and a heater (for when the ducted r/c a/c is overkill), 2 high-quality ergonomic chairs, lounge chair and TV/anything table with TV outdoor aerial socket.
Amount also includes: use of first class equipment; e.g. Miele top-of-the-range front-load washing machine, use of one of two 520-litre fridges, oven, a microwave oven, a micro-convection oven, bed, bedroom furniture and bedding, clothes drier (if necessary), gym-style electronic treadmill (and other exercise equipment), lounge-room equipment (including black leather lounge suite and 80cm HDTV).
Has ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning.
ADSL2+ and internet connection in the bedroom as well as a wireless system.
