工作合約上有關annual leave 的我看不懂呢...有人可以幫幫我嗎???
"Annual leave loading is paid at the rate of 17.5%."

if your working shift include shift loading money ( such as evening shift loading money..), but when you are using your annual leave, the normal loading won't be paid 100% but just 17.5%.

I think Alvin.y is correct. You will get 17.5% on top of your normal wages while you taking annual leaves. ie, if you get paid $100 per day, during your annual leave, you will get $117.5 per day. It is very common for full time workers, I think it is encouraging using your annual leave.
