现在出租一个DOUBLE ROOM（两张单人床，两个写字台，一个大衣柜），两个SINGLE ROOM，两个厕所和两个浴室，餐桌，停车库,电话和网络，每月120G的INTERNET 流量,房间拥有空调，舒适的大客厅内有沙发，电视，适用于休闲娱乐学习。

2分钟到车站，15分钟到CITY和阿德莱德大学
近超市COLES，KMART，FISH AND CHIPS, HUNGRYJACK'S 和亚洲和中国超市

（很多学生在附近找到工作）

东主免费接机，附近有小公园

I am house owner and is local. I have 1 double and 1 single room available. But I only rent to students.
