your baby is not an australian citizen. he/she is still chinese.
To add his/her to your 475 visa, you need to fill some forms and send to the immigration office together with other documents. I did this a few years ago for my baby. 我也是475，孩子在中国出生，申请签证时间各不相同，要填一个1276的表格还有宝宝的出生公证还有护照什么的，你登录网站就可以看到了。。不过你的孩子在阿德出生应该直接就可以在阿德申请，而且不需要签证费
