About Us:

Green Life Windows is a leading window supplier dedicated to delivering high-quality window solutions across Australia, specialising in aluminium double-glazed windows and doors. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we are expanding our Adelaide team and seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects as well preparing quotes. Your responsibilities will include:

· Site measure/inspection and simple quote preparation.

· Maintain relationships with clients through email and phone call.

· Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients during project implementation.

· Confirm window shop drawings aligned with project drawings.

· Simple touch up, such as hardware repair and painting.

· Oversee and monitor the logistics and factory manufacturing process to ensure the promised turnaround time.

· Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with local delivery and installation team to ensure timely delivery of window products to clients.

· Procurement for hardware, glass or any other materials.

· Quality control to make sure client is satisfied with the products during/after installation.

· Proactively identify and address any challenges or issues that may arise during project implementation.

· Summarise products defect and report back to factory for improvement.

· Monitor and manage in-stock materials.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to find effective solutions.

Skills:

· Fluent English & Mandarin (Compulsory)

· At least 1-year experience as a Project Coordinator / Estimator or in a similar role, on site or tradie experience preferred.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Software, including Excel, Word, Outlook and so on.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
