标题: （10月更新）房间出租，位于Marion，接近Westfield Marion
现在有一个单人间出租，11/09之后可拎包入住。租金$200/per week，三个月起租！押金交4周，请在退房之前2周通知，退还押金。
全包（水，煤气，电，网），男女不限。

家具齐全
大床，内嵌衣柜，桌子椅子等。
距离Westfield Marion 只需乘坐3站公交，出门走路5分钟即可乘坐公交M44前往city（30min）或Westfield Marion. 可通过转车的方式前往flinders uni。
Westfield Marion 无论是购物吃饭还是看电影都很方便。
环境优美，路边可随时停车。
出门走路10分钟有超市和药房。
厕所洗浴间（分开的）与厨房需与房东及家人共享，在卧室外，有滚筒洗衣机可单独使用。
家后院养有宠物，不喜欢宠物的勿扰。也不接受养宠物的。

要求爱干净，保持室内与房间外的公众场合卫生干净整洁。晚上不吵闹，不带人过夜，不太晚洗浴。如果是couple，需要加$60/week.
