Admin & Graphic Design Assistant

Casual position

Approx. 25hrs per week（Mon. to Fri.）& 5hrs per day

$25-$30 per hour

Admin Key Responsibilities

Accountable to the Director, Administrator contributes to Legend Sportswear corporate goals by:

• Manage Director’s correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the Director, or on behalf of the Director, or other staff as appropriate
• Produce documents, reports, and presentations for the Director
• Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and manage them where appropriate for the Director
• Prepare agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers
• Coordinate office activities and operations
• Assist the Legend Sportswear Directors as required

Graphic Design Assistant Key Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate has basic graphic design skills
• Support the online store process with the production of listing documents
• Help to maintain the shop website, updating as necessary
• Assist to market programs including creating, developing, publishing and distributing content for different channels (i.e. social media) in order to enhance engagement with key audience groups
