Job Description：
An exciting job opportunity is now available for an incumbent to join a team of young hard working individuals in the space of online sales/marketing in the seafood industry through the use of online and social media channels.
The incumbent will provide assistance to the team at Madam Seafood (海鮮太太) by creating and coordinating sales and marketing efforts, and providing customer service via the use of social media and other online communication channels.
Detail activities include, but not limited to:
* Creating weekly sales catalogue
* Creating posters and video clips
* Maintaining online shop products and inventory updates
* Managing social media accounts, including but not limited to, Facebook, WeChat, WhatsApp, Line, 小紅書, IG
* Providing customer services, such as assisting customers in understanding products, taking orders, collection of payments, after sales support and any other general sales and support enquiries
* Providing general assistance to the team at Madam Seafood
