Adelaide, CBD, Admin& Marketing Assistant. A core focus of this role will be administrative, support for broader marketing initiatives, and assisting with project and event management.

Popese Pty Ltd is a leading IT& Event Management company in Australia, especially in providing ticketing solution and improving event outcome to our clients. We have strong connection with the government, public organizations and social communities, which can help our clients to fill the missing link in their business chain. Our clients range from high-profile, multi-national companies to small businesses, non-profit organisations and individual artistes.

Duties of the roles:

· Assisting with the execution of Activity Plans for project management, including a broad range of event, marketing, communication and daily activities

· Provide a range digital marketing materials and services (articles and sales report) such as Facebook, WeChat, Twitter and etc.

· Prepare marketing strategies (proposal and format) using Adobe software, Microsoft Office, PS or similar software

· Review market data to provide leads/segmentation of market, including post event lead generation

· Providing other support as required

Skills and Experience:

· Relevant administrative or marketing experience

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Excellent attention to detail

· Advanced editing skills

· Proven experience assisting with corporate events

· Ability to manage and prioritise workload

Position: Admin& Marketing Assistant

Location: 147 Pirie Street Adelaide SA 5000

Work Type: Full Time or Part Time negotiable
