Hi guys. I'm looking for someone who would like to takeover my room because I have to go to other region earlier than I expected. I'll pay for first week of moving in. My room is an ensuite room in a 6 person apartment. Each room is single occupancy with its own private ensuite bathroom, air conditioning/heating, wireless internet(20GB per month) and is fully furnished. Apartment features a shared kitchen/lounge room. All other flatmates are so friendly and tidy.Located on Adelaide’s cultural strip, North Terrace is a truly ideal location for students within easy reach of universities (5 minutes the University of South Australia City East Campus, 8 minutes walk to the University of South Australia City West Campus and 10 minutes walk to the University of Adelaide), Rundle Mall shopping, West End’s vibrant nightlife and over the road from Adelaide train station and tram stop.Room features : wireless internet, king single bed, study desk, window with natural light, wardrobe, air conditioning/heating, mirror, bathroomApartment features : large fridge, kitchen bench and stools, microwave, oven, etc.Building features : gym, pool table and table tennis table, iMac stations, secure bike store, wireless internet throughout the building, a 24/7 dedicated onsite team, big screen TV and games room with playstation and x box, a large social area opening onto a balcony with BBQ / tables and benches, CCTV* My contract is until 8, JAN, 2018.
