Brand new luxurious house - fully furnished rooms with built-in rode, a desk, 6 large draws and double bed for individuals.

We are a professional working couple looking to rent out 1 room.

At the moment, me and my wife plus one uni student living here.

You will sharing one bath room and toilet with this uni male student. (he is a very quiet and tidy person)

We have 2 small dogs(pug) that are very friendly and clean.

There is plenty of on the street car parking on a wide street. No parking in garage or driveway.

We are private people so we are looking for a quiet, clean, tidy, organised person to move into our home. Preferably someone not always cook dinner. You will have your own living room and sharing a bathroom with a Uni student.

Located at Hectorville. quiet street and the whole street is new houses.

15 minues driving to city or 30 minutes bus to city.
