有loan的车子   是不是谁买了谁还？ 还是什么情况？如果不查vin最后会发生什么情况呢

it is a question of fact depends on the court decision. For example, I sold u a stolen car, but you did not know this car was stolen by me, and after a while you sold this car to your friend. In this case the court decision will likely to be you can keep the $$ for the car you sold to your friend, and your friend can keep the car as well.

due to the seller breached the contract, therefore you can sue for damages(ie. the full remains amount of the  loan, and all the costs involved in this purchase including transportation...etc). The court decision will be based on fairness for both parties, (if they both act in good faith). But seemly the seller failed to do so, and therefore it is unfair for the buyer to repay the loan while buyer keeps the car. IN MY OPINION, i think the outcome would be the seller has the libility to repay the loan while the buyer keeps the car and sue for damages.

车贷款是不用我还的。

现在银行那边说卖家broke the agreement with the bank，如果这周我和卖家没有达成任何协议，如果车还在我名下，下周银行就会收车，银行会force the seller default，追讨欠款。

卖家现在手上有一辆车，我上周已经警告过卖家让他卖了这个车，先还一部分给我。不过倒霉的是，卖家说车坏了要修好再卖，还求我让他慢慢把贷款还完。我没有同意，我让他周五前把车tradein，先还我一部分，他同意了，不过我不相信他，所以我会再约一下legal aid的律师，咨询一下上法庭的步骤。

卖家还拿破产说事儿，说如果他宣布破产，我就拿不到钱。还好我之前咨询过，即使他宣布破产，我还是可以拿到钱的，不过就要等几年了。

这车是他贷款买的，今年3月才贷的款，他说还有1w7没还完。车不是很贵，1w2，toyota。

看来楼主是贪了便宜了。前两天也是看了一辆凯美瑞 也是图便宜 要来vin一查发现是written off的车
