新移民，400k左右能买哪个区的房子？第一次买新房有什么政策吗？

南区的 hallett cove，hallet cove beach，火车35分钟到city，非常的方便。房价一般在40-45万，而且是海景房。非常安全，住的都是有钱人。开车去city大约30-40分钟。可以考虑考虑。woodcroft也不错，价位在40万，房子都是很新很大，都是比较有钱的中年人，只是公交不方便，开车去city大约30分钟。

今天用中文吧，想要知道哪个区治安好不好，道听途说是没用的。
但是方法还是有的：每天7点以后，开车去那个区侦查2小时。坚持2-3周，特别是周5，6，日。如果很安静，那就不错，如果看到警车，碎酒瓶，醉鬼，party，和很多飙车族（主要看车），就有点可疑。
但是，中题而言除了north+city，其他区都还行。

northeast is generally good, for a price of 40k you can get a nice 4-bedroom house on a 500-600 square meter land, but won't be able to buy a new house. But I think a house with 30-40 years history isn't too old, especially in South Australia where quality was always the first in the mindset of older generation. I bought two houses in Christie Downs, both were built in 60-70s, and still very reliable and comfy.
Therefore if you are looking for properties in the northeast, there isn't much to say, just find any areas within your budget and look for a house you want.

It's personal Choice, I don't like North very much, although many of friends lived and are still living there without complaints...but I, personally, don't like North.
