澳大利亚警察福利不错， 不至于住公寓吧.

哪怕在一般点的区买套房子也不是问题.

以前见到过警车挺自己家的， 应该是制度允许的， 不然身为警察不可能知法犯法.

公车私用在澳洲太普遍了，根本就不足为奇。我的店就在SHOPPING CERTRE旁边，每天都可以看到开着公车逛超市的、上餐馆的、买彩票的等等等等，多的是了。咳。。。。。。

There are two types of government car:

1. Pool cars, each government section has a few work cars, everyone can drive. The drivers have to fill up a log book from Fleet SA each time when they drive, put down time, travle distance, etc...

2. Assigned cars, for those government employees who need travle from site to site, these cars can be driven home overnight or over-weekend, can be used for personal use if less than 5% of total travle distance.
