一室一厅的房子租吗

倒是想租啊！但估计房租不便宜吧，方便说下吗？或者给我私信也可以

东区超级便利好房出租， 房子在shopping centre旁边， 走路不到一分钟（对于百米跑的快的童鞋就是10几秒的事儿）就到Coles/Kmart/HJ和超级多的中西餐馆，CB，ANZ，NAB均有local branch。 房子是砖房，新装修，中央空调所以夏天不用怕，房子自带两个厕所，两个洗漱，不用怕打架，门口公车直达Unisa City East Campus/阿大City Campus/UniSA City West Campus. 南边有B10可直达Unisa Magill Campus。现有2房招租， 1大1小，拎包入住。网络是Internode,连接稳定速度快，房子最多住4人, 8月底可入住，大房$130 share bill/小房$110 share bill。希望可以长租。详情请见http://adelaidebbs.com/bbs/forum ... read&tid=512290
