1、Parent (Permanent) Visa (Subclass 103)
(Assurance of Support)
A、1st instalment $2060(第一笔申请费在申请提交时付)
B、2nd instalment $$1795×2(在即将准签的时候通知付款)
C、bond:$5000(主申请)+$2000(附属申请人)

2、Contributory Parent (Migrant) Visa (Subclass 143)
A、1st instalment $2060(第一笔申请费在申请提交时付)
B、2nd instalment $42220×2(在即将准签的时候通知付款)
C、bond:$10000(主申请)+$4000(附属申请人)
3、Contributory Parent (Temporary) Visa (Subclass 173)
A、1st instalment $2060(第一笔申请费在申请提交时付)
B、2nd instalment $25330×2(在即将准签的时候通知付款)

4、Contributory Parent (Migrant) Visa (from Subclass 173 to Subclass 143)
(Assurance of Support)
A、1st instalment $280(第一笔申请费在申请提交时付)
B、2nd instalment $ 16885×2(在即将准签的时候通知付款)
C、bond:$10000(主申请)+$4000(附属申请人)

5、Aged Parent (Residence) Visa (Subclass 804)
说明:持676签证人已经在澳洲的可以申请,但需要没有 8503条款——不允许继续居留,不许境内申请;

Assurance of Support (AoS)
Thank you for your email.
I have included general information, relating to Assurance of Support which I hope may be of assistance to you.
Assurance of Support (AoS)
The Assurance of Support (AoS) scheme enables some people to migrate to Australia and involves an Australian resident (assurers) agreeing to support a new migrant and their family (assurees) for a period after they arrive in Australia. Centrelink's responsibility is to determine who can be an assurer and to manage the AoS from when the visa is granted to the migrant.
The AoS scheme allows certain people (for example, aged parents) to migrate to Australia, even though there is a high risk that they may not be able to support themselves. An AoS is an agreement by an adult Australian resident or citizen, or an organisation (the assurer) to provide financial support to the new migrant (the assuree) for a period after the assuree arrives in Australia.
Each AoS can cover up to two adults and an unlimited number of their dependent children. An AoS may require a bond to be lodged by the assurer and this is referred to as a Bonded AoS. An AoS that does not require a bond is referred to as an Unbonded AoS.
Criteria
An individual assurer must be an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand citizen over the age of 18, demonstrate income eligibility and be able to provide Proof of Identity (POI) to Tier 3 level. Please click on the following link to find information about Proof of Identity.
Assurers must meet an income test to be considered suitable. If a single assurer does not meet the income requirements, additional assurers may be sought. A maximum of three assurers per case is allowed.
The Department of Family and Community Services (FaCS) has set one income test regardless of whether it is a bonded Assurance of Support or an unbonded Assurance of Support. The income test will be based on the Family Tax Benefit (FTB) Part A Income Test, except in unbonded cases where the test for single assurers with no dependents will be based on the Low Income Card income test.
Please click on the following links for access to the Family Tax Benefit Part A Income test and the Low Income Card Income test.
The assurer or assurers must provide evidence of:
sustained minimum taxable income over the two financial years immediately prior to giving the assurance, and
continuing income at or above the minimum income level.
Requested Evidence
All customers who are wanting to become assurers under the Assurance of Support (AoS) scheme are required to contact Centrelink and lodge an application.
If an organization is applying to become an assurer, a partner or member of the board must represent the organisation at the interview. They need to be in a position to provide financial details of the organisation.
If there is more than one customer applying to become an assurer for the same visa applicant(s), a separate appointment can be made for each customer or they can be interviewed together. This will be the customer's decision. Each customer applying to become an assurer must complete an SU594.
Customers are required to provide the following documents at the interview:
The Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) letter provided by the person (or persons) applying for a visa to enter Australia
Proof of identity (POI) at the Tier three level (not required for an organisation)
Proof of residence (not required for an organisation)
Proof of current income (Payslips, Profit and loss statement, letter from accountant)
Proof of income for last two financial years (Tax Notices of Assessment)
I recommend you contact to speak with a Customer Service Adviser on 13 2850 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday or you can send us another email including a daytime phone number and convenient time I can call you.
Thank you for using Centrelink's Internet Service.
