坚决不跟鬼佬住

70多岁的老头还让她做第二老公，洗澡不能超过4分钟，GAS不可以点太大，炒菜有油溅出要把厨房瓷砖都擦了，不然不准用。每天要把所有东西从冰箱里拿出来，把冰箱擦干净，不然不准用。洗澡、上厕所都没有隐私。这还是人住的地方吗？中国人的地位就这么低，鬼子就那么高等吗？

其实，跟当地人住冲突是很多的。一位朋友刚搬出一个当地人房东的家，虽然她们现在还是朋友，但她说了一些文化、习惯上的冲突。不久前还帮另外一朋友起诉了她的鬼佬房东，追回了部分损失。最近另一位朋友住进了鬼佬的家，据说他人不错，但他规定不准带别的朋友去他家（当然不是留宿）。

女同胞们千万不要租男鬼佬的房子，价格越低越危险，除非你想跟鬼佬玩玩。那些低素质的，变态的鬼佬，听多见多了。

一般来说，
1）You can only be asked to pay one (1) week's rent in advance throughout your agreement.
2）The security bond must not be higher than the cost of two (2) weeks' rent.

瓷砖太遥远了? I don't think so, you never know how far the cooking oil can travel.
I clean the kitchen tile every time after cooking,two girls who live in my house did same, that is why my kitchen is spotless clean.
