We have a position now available for a keen and motivated individual in an IT role specialising in Technical Support.
The successful trainee will gain hands-on experience and exposure.
As a Technical Support Trainee, you will be exposed to a variety of tasks including but not limited to the following:
Customer service / Technical support
Database administration
Computer networking
Trouble shooting
Programming
Development and systems administration
Logging jobs / data entry / cross checking
The perfect candidate will need to display the below qualities.
Excellent verbal communication skills
Technically literate with a particular focus on Hardware
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to juggle conflicting priorities
Strong genuine problem-solving and troubleshooting skills A desire to establish a career within the IT industry
