I am very angry

I went to the immigration office just now and met a male service.

I am fortunate when I came there because only one person on line, I list 3 questions to ask the person. During I ask him the question, he looked sleepy, and asked me "why you have so many questions, there are somebody else on the line", yes, I saw there are 5 persons on line, but I am so angry.

I told him,"I don't want to waste your time and mine. I only came here to ask you some questions"
He told me,"you should research the application form, I am not applicant assistant, I just answer general questions"
I told him,"Yes, I have listed some questions here after I researched the website, I just want to make sure whether I am right, why you said like this"

When he saw that I was angry and speak loudly, he told me,"Ok, please ask your questions"

After I finished the questions, my god, only 3 questions, no thanks or wishes for him, I left no words.

结果一天不顺：
午饭，一盒炒饭，掉地上了
下午去PIRIE ST公证，告诉我翻译件要到另外一个地方
我到指定的地方，人家说差10分钟下班了，明天吧
银行也关门了
所以，忙活了一天，材料还是没有弄好

移民局接待，放号的，说白了就是一个门房收发室的，他们也不懂移民或者签证的什么东西。你要什么方面的签证，他们能够给你找几个表格给你就不错了。有什么问题应该找移民中介，或者拿个号，去咨询里面的签证官。
