我申请ABN时, 显示因我为employee, 而不是employer,所以不能申请ABN,如果继续申请,will go against the Law.

你们是怎么申请到ABN的呢,请指教,

我是看到谁能申请ABN中有这样一段话:
You are not entitled to an ABN if any of the following statements are true.

Your activity is carried out as an employee or in connection with earning payment as a company director, office holder or under a labour hire arrangement.

(An employee is a person who receives a salary or wage in return for work or services rendered. You are not considered an employee for ABN registration purposes if you have your own business but also receive a salary or wage from an activity related to your business.)

Further information: If you are not satisfied that the outcome reached is a correct response to your particular arrangement(s), Miscellaneous Taxation Ruling 2006/1 may help to determine whether your business activities meet the definition of an enterprise. For further information, contact your Tax Advisor or the Australian Taxation Office on 13 28 66 between the hours of 8am and 6pm weekdays. What to do next: Print out a copy of this ABN entitlement decision for your records. Exit from this ABN application. No personal details have been transferred to the Australian Taxation Office. If after reading the above, you still believe that you are entitled to an ABN then continue the ABN application. Persons making false or misleading statements relating to the operation of an enterprise may be committing an offence under the Taxation Administration Act 1953.

倒没有到了哪一步不能继续,而是继续申请有风险.

我回答了几个问题,系统根据我的回答,得出我not entitled.
如果我继续申请步骤,就是offence.

一方面是企业,公司才能申请,另一方面是老板都要雇员的ABN,有点晕了.{:4_151:}
难道是大家都不管这些"offence威胁",申请了再说？！

我已经毕业,想找份周末工,labour性质.
老板都要求有ABN.按照这个要求,求职者都要有ABN,这与ABN的申请人的资格要求矛盾吗,困惑ing~
