This house is perfect for someone who works or studies in the city!

The bus stop is in front of our house, and only a few steps go to CBD.

Our house provides unlimited NBN internet and the room will be furnished with a bed, wardrobe and desk if you need. If you have your own furniture, it would be nice as well. Plz let us know which you prefer.

We have a garage can park car, but if you have a car you can park in front of house.

The common areas include equipped kitchen, dishwasher, separate  laundry room with new wasing machine and 1 toilets with bath.

Electricity, gas, and water usage are included in the rent fee. However, if the bills come over, then the usual bills, the extra amount will charge evenly.
