Your Independence Support Agency is an Adelaide based company focused on delivering person-centred care and support under the NDIS.  We pride ourselves on going above and beyond to meet our clients needs and to provide support that makes a difference to their day to day lives.

We currently have need for high quality disability support workers that have a genuine desire to improve the lives of the participants they work with.  Much of our work is located in the northeastern suburbs although we have openings in multiple suburbs surrounding Adelaide.

About the Role: The role you perform will vary betweens clients but may include some or all of the following:

Assitance with Daily Living
Assitance with Community Access and Participation
Assitance with Chores Around the House
Assitance with Transportation
Assitance with Booking and Attending Appointments
Assitance with Personal Care
Assitance with Meal Preperation

Essential:
Current First Aid
Current CPR
Current NDIS Worker Clearance Check or DCSI Screening (or willing to obtain)
Current Police Check
Current Working with Children Check
Right to Work in Australia
Current Driver’s License
Own Reliable Vehicle with Insurance
Relevant Cert III or Cert IV (Or Working Towards)
Ability to Connect with People from Various Backgrounds and Cultures
A Passion for Providing High Quality Supports for The Participants They Work With
NDIS Induction Modules Certificates

Desirable:
Manual Handling Training
Covid 19 Training
Epilepsy and Seizure Management Training
Medicine Administration Training
