If war is not the first option, what is the option at the moment?
Tillerson expressed clearly that the strategic patience has come to an end.  Sanctions failed, engagement and negotiation failed, persuation and economic incentives failed, six party talk failed... What option has left open for choice?
THis seems definately sure that one morning when we wake up we can get the news that N.Korea is capable to launch its nuclear missiles to the US home soil, if international community keeps empty talking and doing nothing.
