找明年2月中能入住的房子(信息更新~)短租到那时候接着还要继续出租的也可看过来~~~

请问有明年2月中能入住的房子，现在找可能有点早，但定了心定~~~
若是有房子符合条件，短租到2月中，3月前的，正好接上了~~~（貌似有点难度吖{:4_183:} ）

全家具，能拎包入住的，房间大小不限，但书桌衣柜等基本家具要齐全~
交通便捷，车站要离家近，附近有超市之类的~最好是102,104,105或17*的路线上~
价格根据条件合理就行，倾向长租~

本人是阿大的学生，真诚好相处，无不良嗜好习惯~

车站离家很近，多种选择，有tram，有bus，附近有超市，有中国餐馆

我这里有一间房，宽敞， 明亮
在gilbert st, 离chinatown 很近的。如果去阿大有免费的巴士。。车票都不用了。
全家具， 最大号的床， 衣柜是build-in 的， 有空调。拎包入住！！！！
半年租约 很合适。
