步行1-2分钟到车站, 有多达13路公车直达city, 100号车5分钟到Regency TAFE, 步行1分钟到3個大型的shopping centre

房子位於Prospect老富人區的小區內,所以很安靜, 很安全.
此屋现已经有2个男生入住,一個是阿大,一個是unisa.
屋子內一共只住3個人. 所以不用擔心會很吵，很雜。
房間是偏大size的, 配有床, 大衣櫃, 大書桌.窗戶是朝東的，光線很足.

我们在南边的三卧室房子，有一间房出租，离Marion Shopping Center只有3分钟的步行路程，一分钟到M44Bus车站可去City或者走10分钟到Oaklands Park Station坐Train去city。到Flinders University 有很多bus路线可供选择10分钟到达。离Marion Sunday Market不行2分钟。如有意，请发短信跟我联系0432606718
