请问：老婆已经拿P一年了是再拿一年才换P2 还是现在就可以换？

Driver Handbook 2009 p.106

1) 17 and 1/2 years or older
2) pass hazard perception test (via service SA)
3) also pass driver awareness course if one, two or three demerit points incurred before 19 and want to progress after 12 months, or hold P1 for two years

basically, 2 years and pass the hazard perception test.
