$320 includes free unlimited internet which is all set up and WIFI compatible.
The apartment comes with all furnitures, beds, couch, wardrobe, microwave, stove, study desks and chairs, and there is a big balcony overlooking the Mawson Lakes Parkland.
We don't have a washing machine there as we can fit ours in there, but you're welcome to take in yours or there are laundro mats every where in Mawson Lakes.
You can basically just pack up and move in!
The apartment's location is very convenient, only 5 minutes to the the shopping center and to University of South Australia campus.
It's got a secured carpark, which the remote will be handed over to tenants once the contract is signed.
All utilities will be at your expenses including electricity and water.
We require 2.5 weeks bond and looking for long-term renter.
