I used to make CURRY with Garlic,Oion,Tamarind,Ginger,Kaffir Leave,Lemon Glass,Chilli,Corinder,fennel....
and Now I buy Mildura Curry Paste, and it is easy,cheaper
There are Chicken Curry Paste, Fish Curry Paste,Assam Seafood Paste...
So let us enjoy a nice Curry Fish Head tonite

but i often make japanese curry with a lot of potato!!
