标题: 12月份，求租近city的house，长期！！！整租！！！
我们都是阿大的学生，有男生有女生。诚心求租一套city内，或靠近city的房子，unit、apartment或house都可以，但是一定要整租的。我们想好好经营一个家，干干净净、整整洁洁的家，请放心的把房子租给我们，我们会好好爱护。

我们需要3房或4房，2个以上卫生间（重点要求），家具和电器要齐全的，最好是比较新的。

价格暂时没有设限，但是父母赚钱不容易，太贵的我们肯定承受不起。

我们要长租，而且入住时间最好是12月份中旬之前。

2 个大房间，全家具，带空调
和我还有妈妈share，我们平时很少在家，都上班。
我妈妈都会收拾房子，家用电器，厨房用具都齐全
房租包水电，city Chinatown, free bus go to unisa, Ade uni, chinatown, rundle mall etc..
希望找到安静一点，长租的同学, 马上可以入住，前一个月的房租优惠。。。。。

不好意思，我们是想几个人一起住整租下来，然后每人都有一间自己的房间。
