My room is located on 107 grote street just behind the china town. It is fully funitured, sharing apartment with 2 Asian girls and 1 Asian boy, most of them are studying in university.

My room has own bathroom with sharing television, microwave, washing machine, drying machine and kitchen etc. It is very clean and tidy, especially the toilet plus convenience location which is only $150 per week for single including water bill.

Hi Joanne, I will be arriving in Adelaide on October 7 and am interested in your room available in October. May I ask several questions as below:
1) How big is this room?
2) I guess you have internet in this house, can you let me know its capacity? Actually, I use it most for sending and checking my email.
3) Apart from water bill, gas and electric bill shall be splited to each person in the room, is it correct?
4) As I am a new immigrant, the government will ask for lease agreement when I apply PR, will the landlord sign the contract with us?

Study chair AU$45 (It was around $85 may be more, I used it for only one year and few months, very comfortable especially for study)
